Alu McCabe

Alu McCabe's HR and talent management career showcases a dedication to excellence and empowering individuals and organizations. With over two decades of experience, Alu's influence has left a lasting mark on HR and business development.

Starting in 1998 as the Training Manager at Manpower Services Inc. in Niagara, Alu's journey led her to HR Centre Manager at Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. Here, she managed an international hub of 1200 employees from over 60 nationalities, significantly boosting employee satisfaction and doubling the HR Centre’s financial performance.

Returning to Niagara in 2012, Alu brought valuable international HR experience and professional designations, including CHRE, PHRi, SPHRi, and a Master’s in HR management and development.

Alu, a strong advocate for DEI, staff development, and workforce engagement, champions the transformative potential of psychological contracts and leadership development. Her career is a testament to her profound impact on organizations and the workforce.
